Our return policy is pretty simple. We guarantee that your software will work. Your download will be successful. Your license will be what you need. Your product will activate and register properly.
We guarantee all of this. So, there is never a worry. But, sometimes you need something else. Or, something doesn't work. Or, you ordered the wrong thing. We understand these things happen and will do anything and everything make it right, or take care of what you need done.
For physical items that are shipped to you, we just need it back un-opened and un-used for a full refund, less any shipping charges that we incurred. Anything other than that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we almost always can work something out. These special cases can and do involve credits or restocking fees. It just depends what your situation is.
With any order, the sooner the better. Within a day or two is great. Please contact us within 2 weeks, or 14 days, to best resolve any concerns that you might have.
Even with this flexible return policy, there is a time limit due to the policies of manufacturers and may be some imposed costs due to the charges that they may pose on us. Any orders beyond 30 days can't be returned or exchanged, and any restocking fees or exchange processing fees imposed upon us from the manufacturers will be passed on at cost, up to a maximum of 10%.
